Organizze and Mobills alternatives for iPhone: an honest comparison
Updated
If you want an Organizze or Mobills alternative for iPhone, start with one question: do you want your transactions to arrive from the bank on their own through Open Finance? If yes, both Brazilian apps do that well, and Cashful does not. If you are happy to log income and expenses yourself, as long as each entry takes seconds and needs no sign-up, no ads and no bank login, look at Cashful, a money tracker for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. Below: what Organizze and Mobills do well, where they fall short, a side-by-side table and how to switch.
What Organizze and Mobills do well
Organizze and Mobills are two of the most popular personal finance apps made in Brazil. Both have been around for more than ten years, both are still updated regularly, and both are rated above 4.6 on the Brazilian App Store, from more than 46,000 and nearly 170,000 ratings respectively.
- Organizze is a tidy finance organizer for accounts, credit cards, bills, category limits and reports, for personal and small-business money. Its paid Conectado plans add bank connection through Open Finance with Nubank, Itaú, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Santander, Caixa, Inter, C6 Bank and other banks. The bank authorizes access in its own environment, so Organizze never sees your password. There are no ads, the company says the subscription is its only source of revenue and that it never sells financial data, and it works on the web as well as on iPhone and Android. It can also connect to AI assistants such as ChatGPT to answer questions about your data.
- Mobills says it has more than 10 million users. It has a free plan, and Premium connects your accounts and cards through Open Finance (Santander, Nubank, Itaú, Caixa, Banco do Brasil and others), syncing once a day. It also imports OFX files and bank SMS or notifications, and offers budgets, goals and reports. One subscription works on iPhone, Android and the web, and the Mobills PRO plan adds a WhatsApp assistant that records expenses from text or audio messages.
If automatic sync with Brazilian banks is what keeps your finances in order, there is no reason to switch.
Why people look for an Organizze or Mobills alternative
- Organizze has no free plan. You can try the Plano Manual free for 7 days without a credit card, then you choose a paid plan. Bank connection is not part of the entry plan: it costs extra, from R$45 a month on the Plano Conectado.
- Mobills Free shows ads. Its Brazilian App Store listing carries the “Contém Publicidade” (contains ads) label, and Open Finance, more than one credit card and detailed charts are Premium features. Mobills also says it may use your data to recommend partners' financial services.
- Sign-up and bank access. Both are cloud services that need an account, and automatic bank import means authorizing access to your bank accounts (a paid extra on Organizze, Premium on Mobills). Mobills' connection also requires a CPF and being in Brazil, and synced transactions cannot be edited or deleted. If you would rather skip all that, read why a budget app without bank linking is worth it.
- Reais only. Organizze works only in Brazilian reais, and Mobills uses one currency for all accounts. That gets awkward if you travel, live abroad or are paid in dollars or euros.
- No Apple Watch, no quick entry. Neither app has an Apple Watch app. Organizze does not mention voice entry, and in Mobills voice works only through WhatsApp on the PRO plan.
- Shared budgets mean a shared password. Neither app lets you add members to an account; both suggest that couples share one account's login.

When to stay with Organizze or Mobills
- You want Open Finance. If you want transactions from Nubank, Itaú or your other banks to show up on their own, stay. Cashful is manual by design: you add every entry yourself.
- You use Android or a browser on your computer. Both apps run on Android and the web. Cashful is Apple-only.
- Both partners add entries. In Cashful, invitees see a shared Space, but only the owner adds and edits entries.
- You also run a small business. Organizze covers personal and business finances, and Conectado Plus connects business accounts too. Cashful focuses on personal finances.
Who Cashful suits as an Organizze or Mobills alternative
Cashful is a manual money tracker where one entry takes seconds. It suits you if this sounds right:
- iPhone and Apple Watch first. iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple silicon and a free Apple Watch app for logging at the checkout. Widgets, Siri and Back Tap open a new entry in one move.
- Voice and receipts instead of typing. Say "lunch 32 card" or snap any receipt, and Cashful fills in the amount, category and account. If you prefer typing, there is a calculator keyboard.
- No bank login, no sign-up, no ads. Records stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. Voice text and receipt photos are sent to Cashful's server to be read by an AI model and are not stored.
- Reais and other currencies. Each account has its own currency, with your own exchange rates and transfers between accounts.
- A free plan with no time limit. Unlimited manual entries, income, expenses and transfers, up to 3 accounts and 2 currencies, iCloud sync, widgets, Siri and Apple Watch, plus 10 voice entries and 5 receipt scans to try. Cashful Pro removes the limits and adds full analytics, CSV import and export, shared Spaces and the "ChatGPT & AI" export.

How to switch to Cashful
- Decide whether you need your history. Often it is enough to start fresh with your current balances, which is free and takes a couple of minutes.
- If you do, prepare a CSV file. Export your transactions to CSV, if your current app allows it. CSV import is part of Cashful Pro, so you can test your file during the 7-day free trial.
- Create your accounts. Cash, checking account, each credit card and savings, each with its currency and current balance.
- Trim your categories. Keep only the ones you actually use, so the monthly summary stays easy to read.
- Make entry quick. Add a Cashful widget or set up Siri so a new expense is always one move away.
- Run both apps for a week or two if you are unsure, and compare the totals.

Questions
What is a good Organizze alternative for iPhone?
It depends on why you use Organizze. If Open Finance bank sync is the point, stay with it or compare it with Mobills. If you log entries by hand anyway, Cashful adds an expense from one spoken sentence or a receipt photo, has a free plan with no time limit, runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, needs no sign-up and never connects to your bank.
Organizze or Mobills: which is better?
Mobills has a free plan with ads, and its Premium plan with Open Finance costs R$99.90 a year on its website. Organizze has no free plan and no ads; its plans with bank connection start at R$45 a month or R$399.90 a year, and it also covers small-business finances. Both work in a single currency and run on iPhone, Android and the web.
Is there a free Mobills alternative without ads?
Yes. Cashful has a free plan with no time limit and no ads: unlimited manual entries, income, expenses and transfers, up to 3 accounts and 2 currencies, iCloud sync, widgets, Siri and the Apple Watch app, plus 10 voice entries and 5 receipt scans to try.
Can I move my data from Organizze or Mobills to Cashful?
If your current app exports transactions to CSV, you can import that file with Cashful Pro, and you can try it during the 7-day free trial. If you do not need the history, create your accounts with current balances for free.
Does Cashful work in reais and connect to my bank?
Cashful works in reais and in other currencies, because each account has its own currency. It never connects to your bank and needs no sign-up: records stay on your devices and sync through your own iCloud, and its App Store privacy label is Data Not Linked to You.
