Cashful Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Cashful iPhone app and the Cashful Pro auto-renewable subscription. Cashful is a personal finance and expense tracker. Cashful Pro adds advanced features such as full analytics, CSV import and export, shared Spaces, AI receipt text recognition, Back Tap quick-add, and unlimited accounts and currencies.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. All sales, renewals, refunds, and family-sharing flows are managed by Apple.
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cashful Pro to cancel. Pro remains active until the end of the current period.
Refund requests for App Store subscriptions are submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. ANApps cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Cashful (the "App"), or by purchasing or activating a Cashful Pro subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App and do not purchase Cashful Pro.
You also agree to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed apps, which applies to the App as it does to other apps distributed through the App Store.

3. License
ANApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. The App, its underlying source code, design, and trademarks remain the property of ANApps and its licensors.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or any Apple platform service used by the App; (d) attempt to bypass subscription gating, payment processing, or entitlement checks.
5. Cashful Pro auto-renewable subscription
Cashful Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans, available through the App Store inside the App:
- Cashful Pro Monthly — $2.99 / month, with a 7-day free trial.
- Cashful Pro Yearly — $24.99 / year, with a 7-day free trial.
Local prices in your region may differ based on Apple's price tier matrix and currency conversion. The current price is shown inside the App on the paywall before purchase.
5.1 Free trial
Both plans include an introductory 7-day free trial when offered by Apple. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts into a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase.
5.2 Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The renewal price is the price shown to you at the time of subscription, unless Apple has notified you of a price change in accordance with App Store policies.
5.3 Managing or canceling the subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cashful Pro, then choose to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Pro features remain available until then.
5.4 Restoring purchases
If you reinstall Cashful or sign in on another Apple device, you can restore an active subscription by tapping Restore Purchases in the Cashful paywall or in the Pro section in Settings. Restoration relies on your Apple ID.
6. Refunds
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a request with your purchase details. ANApps does not have the ability to directly issue App Store refunds, modify Apple ID billing, or override Apple's refund decisions.
7. Changes to plans or prices
ANApps may add, remove, or modify subscription plans, features, and prices over time. Apple notifies you of price changes that affect existing subscriptions in accordance with App Store policies; depending on the change, your continued subscription may require explicit consent. If you do not consent, the subscription will not auto-renew at the new price.
8. Your data and privacy
Cashful is built around local-first data with optional iCloud sync via Apple CloudKit. Subscription state is provided by Apple and processed through RevenueCat as a subscription infrastructure provider. No separate Cashful account is required. 9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App and Cashful Pro are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ANApps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every iOS version, and does not provide financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice through the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANApps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial records, arising out of or related to your use of the App or Cashful Pro. ANApps's aggregate liability for any claim related to the App or Cashful Pro will not exceed the amount you paid to Apple for Cashful Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device. ANApps may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to Cashful Pro features if you breach these Terms or if continued operation is not feasible (for example, after App Store delisting or end-of-life of the product).
12. Apple acknowledgment
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ANApps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from it. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to the App, and may enforce them against you.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANApps is established. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
14. Updates to these Terms
ANApps may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal updates, or App Store policy changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
