Cashful Terms of Use

3. License

ANApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App, including its Apple Watch app, widgets and shortcuts, on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. The App, its underlying source code, design, and trademarks remain the property of ANApps and its licensors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or any Apple platform service used by the App; (d) attempt to bypass subscription gating, payment processing, or entitlement checks; (e) send automated or excessive requests to Cashful's servers, or use voice input or receipt scanning for anything other than recording your own expenses.

6. Refunds

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a request with your purchase details. ANApps does not have the ability to directly issue App Store refunds, modify Apple ID billing, or override Apple's refund decisions.

7. Changes to plans or prices

ANApps may add, remove, or modify subscription plans, features, and prices over time. Apple notifies you of price changes that affect existing subscriptions in accordance with App Store policies; depending on the change, your continued subscription may require explicit consent. If you do not consent, the subscription will not auto-renew at the new price.

8. Your data and privacy

Cashful keeps your records on your devices and, when your device uses iCloud, in your own iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. Voice input and receipt scanning send the text or photo to our server and an AI provider to fill in expenses. Subscription state is provided by Apple and processed through RevenueCat. No separate Cashful account is required. If you allow it, the App also sends anonymous usage statistics; you can turn them off at any time. 8.1 Sharing data with third-party apps and AI services

Cashful Pro lets you export your accounts, transactions and related records for a period you choose and send them, using the iOS share sheet, to an app or service you select, such as ChatGPT or another AI assistant. Only your own Space is included, never records other people share with you. Cashful never sends this data on its own: the export happens only when you start it, after the App shows a notice about sharing with third parties.

Once you share an export, the data leaves Cashful and is processed by the recipient under its own terms and privacy policy. ANApps does not operate, control, or endorse third-party apps or AI services and is not responsible for how they collect, store, use, or disclose your data, or for the accuracy of their answers. You alone decide what to share and with whom, and you are responsible for that choice. Answers produced by AI services are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

8.2 Voice input and receipt scanning

Voice input (in the App, with Siri and on Apple Watch) and receipt scanning send the recognized text or the receipt photo to our server and to an AI provider to fill in an expense, as described in the Privacy Policy. They need an internet connection. AI can misread amounts, dates or categories, so check each entry. The Siri “Quick expense” command saves the entry right away, so review it later in the App. Free use is limited as shown in the App. We may change the limits, the AI providers or the models, or pause these features to prevent abuse. Do not use them for anything other than recording your own expenses.

8.3 Apple Watch app

The Apple Watch app is included free with Cashful. It needs a paired iPhone with Cashful installed. Your iPhone keeps the main copy of your data, and expenses you add on the watch are saved once they reach your iPhone. Balances and recent transactions on the watch and on watch faces may lag behind your iPhone until they sync.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Cashful Pro are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ANApps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every iOS version, and does not provide financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice through the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANApps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial records, arising out of or related to your use of the App or Cashful Pro. ANApps's aggregate liability for any claim related to the App or Cashful Pro will not exceed the amount you paid to Apple for Cashful Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim. ANApps is also not liable for any loss or damage resulting from data you choose to share with third-party apps or AI services, or from decisions you make based on their answers. ANApps is not liable for errors in amounts, dates or categories filled in by voice input or receipt scanning either; please check your entries.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device. ANApps may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to Cashful Pro features if you breach these Terms or if continued operation is not feasible (for example, after App Store delisting or end-of-life of the product).

12. Apple acknowledgment

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ANApps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for product claims or intellectual-property claims relating to it. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to the App, and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANApps is established. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Updates to these Terms

ANApps may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal updates, or App Store policy changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
